88 Burleigh, designed by DBI Architects, offers 31 luxury residences in the sought-after beachside location of Burleigh Heads. Inspired by a turrid shell, the architecture features curved details and cascading plants that complement the overall form. Travertine walls, natural stone walkways, and coastal plantings at the ground level create a warm and sophisticated entrance experience that is consistent throughout the building. The set of renders consists of five external shots, including aerial views, a street-level shot, and a superman shot to give glimpses of the spacious interior experience and layout.
To capture the locality and architecture of the project, an early morning setting was used for the renders. This allows for soft, warm light to highlight the eastern facade in the aerial shots, showcasing the spacious east-facing balconies and expansive ocean views. The street-level shot features dappled light breaking through the vegetation, creating an inviting atmosphere. The set of renders effectively showcases the unique aspects of the project while painting a comprehensive picture of the development and its surrounding context.
