CABANA

CABANA is a premium collection of thirty-four beachfront apartments in the heart of Palm Beach. Surrounded by large coconut palms and daybeds positioned poolside, the development's design brief and branding was inspired by Palm Springs, California.  

Our job as 3D renderers, is to ensure the lighting and feel of the images match the location of the development and the brief. We achieved the Palm Springs-inspired feel by highlighting the lush green landscaping in contrast to the white and champagne gold architectural features of the building. 

The proportionate and balanced architecture by Plus Architecture stood out most with the use of front-on camera angles throughout the exterior renders. Within the interior spaces, we highlighted the expanse of space with side-view camera angles and cohesively matched the level of luxury throughout the inclusions with classic, bespoke furniture, and styling.

Buyers were drawn to the development which quickly saw the project selling out before we could complete all the renders. Huge success for our client!
